Morphic is a platform designed to empower creators, filmmakers, and animators in producing high-quality stories using AI. We collaborate with both internal and external animation studios, production houses, creators, and YouTubers, offering support in content creation.

Our goal is to merge rapid entertainment content development with cost-effective production strategies. By integrating advanced deep learning models into our production workflow, we enable our storytellers to move efficiently from initial concepts to the final stages of content delivery.

Our ultimate goal is to create a Pixar-like tech-centric facility that enables the production of blockbuster content for a global audience of all ages.

Where we're located?
We have office presence in Dubai and SF, but our team is Remote working out of India, US and Europe.
Are you okay with remote employment?
Yes, but we'd prefer our Tech team building the product layer to be based out of India/Dubai and ML team to be in US timezones. If you want to move to either of these locations, we'll help.
Have you raised money?
Yes, happy to go into more details as part of interview process.
Can I work part-time?
No, we'd like everyone to be fully committed.
Are you open to bringing on interns for any of your roles?
Unfortunately not at this time, we don't think we'd be able to dedicate enough resources to provide a great internship program.
What is work/life balance like at your company?
We are scrappy and we work hard. We believe in having ownership over whatever you are working on, which sometimes might result in putting in additional hours. Raw hours make a lot of difference in the early stage of a company but we also believe that it's possible to find work life balance if you are deliberate about how you spend your time.
